Learning Index - Should We?

A better name is probably needed… Overview This project is to compile an enormous list of tutorials, training materials, courses, etc., that a GIS person could use to learn new skills. An index of learning resources would be really useful, but what does it look like? I don’t know if the forum is actually a good spot for it as a single topic.
