PD Committee Membership and Policies

Communication

The Committee seeks to conduct its business in a manner which is transparent to all members, whether they are on the committee or not. We welcome the input of any of the organization, but we cannot get input if we conduct business in side channels and exclusive spaces. Therefore, all committee work shall be conducted here on the forum, or else fully documented here.

Meetings

PD Meetings occur on the fourth Thursday of each month at 14:00 CDT. Meeting events will be posted here on the forum, and any changes to the normal meeting schedule will be communicated in advance.

In order not to penalize members who cannot attend at the scheduled time, the committee will, to the best of its ability, fully document meeting discussion on the forum itself, in accordance with our Communication policy.
