I’m interested in joining the Professional Development committee. How would I go about doing that?
As far as I know, the only official list of committees and their members exists in some shared Google Doc somewhere.
But to answer your question: just ask! Or, just show up to a committee meeting! Any ILGISA member can serve on a committee.
If you wanted to join the PD committee specifically, you can message @prof-dev and request that you be added to the group on here, which grants you access to communicate in that committee’s space, Board and Committees > Professional Development Committee .
