I just saw the posted agenda. could there be a cutoff date posted next time? we were planning multiple submissions about interagency collaborations, and are disappointed not to get a chance to share them. if it was communicated that the agenda was being finalized, we’d have tried submitting sooner. we will save our submissions for the annual. thank you!

hey Megan, your submittal was received and the agenda is in process of being updated to include a space for your team’s presentations. In the future we will make sure to include a cut-off date, we got a lot more submittals than usual for this meeting. Keep an eye out on your e-mail for the updated agenda.
