“Serverless GIS” has been a buzzy phrase for a while now, but most of those options are synonymous with “learn how to use a big JS library”. If you’re not keeping tabs on it, the work that’s been done with Maps4HTML is really encouraging. Maybe someday a web map could just be an HTML element!
