Important note: In order to receive the discounted member rate, each member must log-in to their member account and register themselves. If you attempt to register a ‘guest’ under your account, they will automatically receive the non-member rate. The only exception to this is Organizational Members registering their colleagues who are linked profiles.
Cancellation Policy
There will be no refund for cancellations after October 6, 2025. No-shows are responsible for the full fee.
